Sale and Purchase of Apartments: What you need to know

The sale and purchase of apartments present risks and complexities which are not present with conveyancing transactions for other types of real estate. These additional risks and complexities are present through the whole lifecycle of a conveyancing transaction involving an apartment, beginning with pre-contract disclosure (as applicable to unit-titled apartments), contracting, due diligence, title, pre-settlement disclosure, and settlement.

This webinar will take a sequential approach to address each of these aspects of a transaction in turn so as to put lawyers on the best footing to advise their clients without missing any vital steps or common red flags.
