Paul has established a broad property law practice, advising a diverse range of clients from individual entrepreneurs through to large-scale developers and listed and institutional portfolio holders. Recognised for his commercially astute yet detail-oriented approach, he specialises in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of all property categories, with a particular emphasis on commercial property and residential property development. Paul also acts for commercial non-bank lenders and borrowers in secured finance transactions. As a complement to his property practice, he has developed a substantial private client base, advising both New Zealand and internationally domiciled clients on trust and estate planning matters.
