Originally from London, she moved to Auckland 11 years ago and now lives in Kingsland with her daughter. With over nine years' experience in New Zealand’s legal recruitment market, Louise has worked across top-tier, mid-tier, boutique, and in-house roles. She is known for her personalised, values-driven approach and deep understanding of the profession - particularly supporting lawyers returning from overseas. Louise founded Altitude in 2021 and is passionate about building meaningful, lasting connections in the legal community.
