Lynn is a Senior Associate with Three60 Consult, joining in 2017 following experience as Employment Mediator with MBIE, and as a Senior Labour Inspector. Lynn was the Resolution Institute’s 2021 awardee for Exceptional Practice.
Lynn has mediated the full spectrum of employment issues, including on-going and difficult employment relationship problems, disputes arising out of the interpretation of collective agreements, personal grievances, human rights matters and issues arising from principal/contractor arrangements. Recently, Lynn has been involved in a number of high profile disputes assisting parties to reach resolution where the alternative was a significant impact on the individual, business or wider community.
