Tim Jones was previously the head of Glaister Ennor's Land Development and Property team and a former President of NZLS' Auckland Branch. He has been the the Convenor of ADLS' Documents and Precedents Committee. Tim has over 40 years' experience advising clients, including those from overseas, in residential and commercial property transactions and developments including unit title developments. He acts for bodies corporate covering all aspects of unit title ownership, body corporate governance, rules and function. He has been part of a Working Group advising and assisting MHUD with the UTA amendment act and regulations. Tim is frequently asked to give expert opinions and briefs on matters of a conveyancing nature. He is also the National President of the Body Corporate Chairs Group Inc (BCCG) and a member of the executive of SCA (NZ) Inc.
