Nikki Sim is a Senior Legal Counsel at the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ), a membership organisation supporting 16,800 real estate professionals. Her role centres on helping members navigate legal issues and compliance across residential, commercial and industrial, and the rural sectors. She also supports the REINZ Commercial & Industrial Sector Group, leveraging industry leaders’ input to keep guidance pragmatic and to tackle sector challenges. Prior to REINZ, Nikki spent almost a decade in commercial real estate law in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with a focus on commercial leasing.
