Josh is a Barrister at Bankside Chambers, with particular expertise in commercial and contractual disputes; Regulatory investigations and proceedings, including matters involving the Commerce Commission, Financial Markets Authority and Serious Fraud Office; Insolvency proceedings; Judicial review and human rights proceedings; and, Criminal proceedings, particularly those involving allegations of fraud.
He has acted in a range of commercial, regulatory, public and criminal cases. He has appeared as sole counsel in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and has represented clients at specialist tribunals and forums for alternative dispute resolution. Josh is also a member of the board of trustees of the Auckland Community Law Centre.
