He has 30 years of experience completing rental valuations and appearing as an expert witness for arbitrations on commercial & industrial rents, as well as ground rents, in Auckland City. Reid also accepts appointments as an arbitrator or third expert. He has written professional articles and presented lectures on a range of lease-related topics for the University of Auckland, Massey University, The Law Association (formerly ADLS), WDLS, and the Property Institute of NZ.
