Mark is an experienced Psychogeriatrician currently working at Waitemata DHB and at Hinengaro Clinic (private). He has held senior leadership roles, including being DAMHS, in Mental Health both in NZ and the UK. His areas of interest are medico-legal issues, dementia services and ECT. He produced the 'This is not my home' publication, sponsored by the Human Rights Commission. He is also a trustee of Dementia New Zealand.
