Anna is Chief Executive and a Director of Three60 Consult. She has both a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Auckland University, is a Fellow of the Resolution Institution, a member of the Resolution Institute Advanced Mediator Panel, and an accredited Conflict Coach.
Anna has extensive experience in dispute resolution and workplace relations; she has led thousands of mediations to resolution across a broad range of issues including employment, commercial, human rights, sports, weathertightness and tenancy. Recently, Anna has specialised in mediating complex conflicts which are often difficult to define but have significantly detrimental effects in the workplace.
