Alex is partner in the corporate practice at Chapman Tripp, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring projects, employee share schemes and corporate governance. Before Chapman Tripp he spent six years at Clifford Chance in its London, UK and São Paulo, Brazil offices, and he also spent two years working as an independent legal consultant on M&A and capital markets project in Africa. He advises on employee share schemes for a wide range of clients including listed companies, multinationals, large private companies, SMEs and start-ups.
