Learn the fundamental skills of Will preparation, from the initial client meeting and best practice for taking instructions, to drafting a plain-English Will post the Trusts Act 2019, advising the client, and practical tips for execution including the requirements for a valid Will under s 11 of the Wills Act 2007.
