Trust Drafting (2025) (On Demand)

This On Demand was recorded on 4 June 2025.

Trust drafting is both a skill and a responsibility, where precision is paramount.  Clients rely on their lawyers to accurately capture their intentions, ensuring their wishes endure over time.

This On Demand is focussed on the drafting of discretionary trust deeds for individuals and families having regard to a client’s objectives, with a particular focus on family and inheritance trusts.  The session discusses the issues to be considered and how that might shape certain key areas in the trust deed.

We will also consider other documentation practitioners may need to prepare to ensure client objectives are met and the overall trust structure remains robust.
