By purchasing the license for this version of the Memorandum, licensees acquire the right to incorporate the terms contained in this version of the Memorandum in mortgages that their firm prepares for their clients. Clients preparing mortgages themselves for their own use will need a separate licence.
Should a new version of the Memorandum be made available, licensees will be required to purchase a license for the new version, unless the new version has been released within one year of the purchase of the previous version. In that instance, upon proof of purchase the licensee will be entitled to receive the new Memorandum without further charge.
